Volunteers
Libertine ball relies on the talents, skills and assitance of almost 50 volunteers to keep the party going.
A great way to meet new people and save money on tickets is to volunteer at Libertine. Spend two hours volunteering and you are in
Volunteers must attend a volunteer training meeting where they will meet the other volunteers with whom they will work and will be assigned a 2 hour time slot. Serious inquires can be emailed to our volunteer coordinator at kcbeitinger@rocketmail.com. Volunteers are currently needed for the following tasks:
Promotion: Help distribute Libertine flyers and info at clubs, events and funky spaces.
Ticket sales: Sell Libertine tickets, earn a commission!
Decor & setup (assist decoration team in transforming the space into a post-apocalyptic landscape).
Fashion Police (uber-fetish dress code enforcer/enticer).
Dressing room assistant (help folks change into their corsets, latex and costumes).
Host/Monitor (provoke people to play/dance/enjoy various aspects of Libertine Ball).
Teardown/cleanup (assist event and club staff in un-transforming the space back to its original state).

i would love to volunteer, if i can help. i was scenic artist for theatre, opera and movies for many years, so i would like to help with the decor, if possible. if you have enough help there, i am open to suggestions…
btw, the link to the coordinator did not work on my Mac. not sure if that’s a system wide issue or not.

You missed the volunteer meeting which was yesterday, and I believe all positions are full. However, if you would like to attend the ball at a reduced rate, email passionalstore@aol.com and explain the situation and I believe we can arrange $15 tickets for you and your friend.
